Dear customer, 
this is OKVIT customer service.

Seller shipped the first batch of albums to OKVIT warehouse. OKVIT warehouse inspected item and here is notice of shipping schedule.


[About International Shipping]


First batch of albums will be shipped out from warehouse on next Mon. ~ Thu. after we get back from Labor holiday. 
Once order shipped out, you can see tracking number shown on your order page. In the meantime, an automatically email will be sent to you.

And soundwave shop will continue to ship remaining albums by first come first service basis on next week.


[About Pre-order Benefit]


- If you ordered before April 20, pre-order benefit will be shipped by random. If you ordered after April 20, pre-order benefit can be shipped or not.
- If you purchased 1~9 pcs albums on a order, at most 1 set of pre-order benefits will be shipped. If you purchased 10~14 pcs albums, 2 set of albums will be shipped. 
- Posters will be packaged by air cap without poster tube. Damage of poster cannot be seen as a damage of item. If you wish to remove the posters, please let us know before your order shipped out from warehouse.
- Complaints of missing or lack of pre-order benefits will not be submitted.
